Active for a competitive future
The project „Active for a competitive future!” is dedicated to the managers of businesses, human resource managers or entrepreneurs of companies located in Nord East, region: Iași, Suceava, Bacău, Neamț, Botoșani, Vaslui.
They can benefit, for free, from the following activities:
12 events within a campaign focused on the importance of human resources and continuous training for the employees
The provision of accredited training: Project Management, Human Resource Manager, Entrepreneurship
Mini MBA for 50 of the 405 trainees
Strategic planning for 40 companies
Individual business coaching for 100 people
On-line application for the elaboration of business plans. Great instrument for testing business decisions.
Project duration: 12 months, May 2018 – April 2019.
The project “Active for a competitive future!” is co-funded by EU, through European Social Fund, Human Capital Programme (POCU): work places for all, total eligible value 3942014.6 lei.
