The Glue Clubs
FSC opened several day centres in vilalges and Bacau, dedicated to children from disadvantaged families. There are no other local opportunities for play, education or social support for these children. The centres are nice, friendly, open, accessible and oriented on attractive education.
The activities within the centres are:
thematic clubs: music, dance, painting, manual work, introduction to computer use
homework support
educational videos and games
organizing fun activities and special events.
Animators and educators carry out the activities in the centres in an interactive and attractive way, emphasizing creativity, communication, discovery and stimulation of individual qualities.
The main objectives of the centres are:
Organizing educational-recreational activities
Increasing teachers’ interest in the educational process and raising children’s school performance
To help the parents understand the importance of education for the better life of their children
To facilitate the interactions of children from rural areas with children from the city (through Summer Schools).
